Stages of the interview

Step 1: Online Application: Browse our vacancies to choose a suitable location and opportunity that fits your career goals and complete your online application.

Step 2: Online Strengths assessment: After completing your application, you will be asked to do our online aptitude assessments. This includes a strengths assessment and numerical reasoning test.

Coaching call: Before Interview stages, our recruitment team will set up a call with you, in order to help you prepare you for the day and set you up for success. This is something unique to our market.

Step 3: Telephone interview: If you are successful in both our online application and aptitude assessments, you will be invited to a telephone interview.

Mentoring call: Before Assessment centre stages, you will have the opportunity to set up a call with a current student in the team, to get a better understanding of the team and an insight into life at Mazars.

Step 4: Assessment Centre: If successful in your telephone interview, you will be invited to partake in one of our assessment centres. These are all currently run virtually
