About us
Women in Leadership Society (WILS) embodies the values of inclusion and empowerment. We exist to break the invisible barriers that prevent our members from thriving in their future careers. Leeds Women In Leadership empowers students to reach their full potential irrespective of gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic status or any other factor. We are a fully inclusive society, offering all students a free lifetime membership to all degree disciplines. We organise a range of events from career driven employer-led sessions and networking events and workshops to fun socials.
Our goals
We aim to raise awareness of gender and other inequalities in the workplace and why this issue needs to be addressed by everyone.
