About us
We are a society who are passionate about improving the representation of women across the corporate and commercial sectors, where they are typically critically underrepresented.
Our goals
We aim to challenge the low number of women working within key sectors such as law, banking, politics and engineering. We do this by:
- Providing work experience opportunities.
- Hosting regular inspirational talks.
- Giving young women the opportunity to mentor and be mentored by other women.
- Encouraging young women to volunteer at partner organisations (Southampton Women's Centre), which will also improve their employability.
- Developing an alumni network that lasts long after our members have graduated.
