What to expect at FESTIVAL:
*Sponsorship opportunities with participating employers may be limited for attendees without the permanent right to work in the UK.
The event is running in a hybrid format, so you can attend virtually or in person. However, virtual attendees will not be able to network with the employers, so we recommend attending in person.

Who can attend
We welcome members who graduated in 2025, as well as those currently in university who will be graduating in 2026, 2027, 2028 or 2029
You must be at least 18 years old to attend this event
You're attending (or attended) university in the UK (if you'll be attending in person)

Arrival and registration
We endeavour to register people as quickly as possible, but please be prepared for all weathers as you will need to queue outside. For accessibility requirements, get in touch via email.
Open networking
For in-person attendees only. This will involve visiting various booths across three floors at the QEII Centre.
Range of sessions to upskill and inspire you ahead of application season
Including sessions on 'Career opportunities in FMCG', 'Traits of successful women leaders' and more. Virtual attendees can choose which sessions they wish to attend.
Exit venue
In-person attendees with afternoon entry are able to register any time between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. You're welcome to leave at any point, but you will not be able to enter earlier than 2 p.m.
